You know the unfortunate truth about programs that promise you can make money online in a matter of minutes? …the reality is that a great majority of methods, strategies, and even so called “guru secrets” are actually methods to make money online, and can generate good revenue. However, more likely then not, the information is useless to anyone that has no experience. The information can be dangerous for inexperienced folks, and I have a BIG problem with any information that gives someone just enough to be dangerous to themselves.
How can someone make money online and avoid being scammed? To really make money online successfully, you’ll need much more then a “guru secret” which gives just enough information to do you a great deal of harm then it will ever do you any good.
Figuratively speaking it is just one piece of the big puzzle.
Some products give you just enough information that can cause you to LOSE a great deal of money instead of teaching you how to make money online successfully. Google Adwords can be a powerful force to be reckoned with for your business if you make money online using just this one resource alone. As an example with Adwords, you can really take a pounding if you do it incorrectly. It’s not because Google wants to steal all your money. No, not by any means. Google is rooting for you to be successful, because frankly, they make money from your ad campaigns as well. They WANT you to do well, trust me!
But in this example it’s hopefully easy to understand how potentially dangerous just a tid bit of information can be right? There are hundreds of ebooks and how-to guides related to Google Adwords and how to make money online, and how to be fabulously rich on just this one method all by itself!
Is it sinking in?
Just imagine how much you could really lose if you did this incorrectly. You could literally be hung out to dry with Adwords so to speak. You can make incredible fortunes with it as well, but do you know how to do affiliate marketing correctly? And would you know how to become very wealthy with an ebook that teaches you how to do it? Doubtful… but it’s possible. This is where being scammed and actually learning something useful comes into play. There is great information on this subject of Adwords, but how many of them do you honestly believe are going to show you exactly HOW vs. just a tiny smackerel of information that makes someone else money when you buy it? You see, there is a learning curve, and you need the whole puzzle to understand the big picture. Make sense?
If you had no experience at how to run an affiliate marketing campaign with Google Adwords, how would you fair do you think? What if someone showed you some simple tips and “secrets” and then set you off with that little bit of information… you might be successful and then again you might wipe out correct? Which of these scenarios has the greater probability of happening?
Well regardless of your experience or thoughts on this matter, …the fact is many people that get into affiliate marketing, or in general, just starting out trying to make money online, will fail miserably. Their lack of experience and know-how can be a likely contributor. There is other factors involved as well though. When someone for the first time begins a new business, and has a burning desire to make money online, the information they began with was incorrect and misleading. They started their business path with some poorly written guides or program material, then attempted to make money online with this information, and it was overwhelming, to confusing, to vague, or simply completely misleading about the nature of the information that they had bought.
A veteran Internet marketer can smell an affiliate program or scam bait just as easily as he would spot that big pile of steaming horse dung in his path. For someone with no web savvy whatsoever, the scam is not easily avoided though. First rule of thumb you must do in order to avoid the potential scam is do your research. Educate yourself before you buy ANYTHING!

To make money online with no experience or know how, you’re going to need coaching and someone to show you the ropes. Why do I say this? Well simply because that’s how I did it and I can only speak from my personal experience’s. Remember when you first learned to ride a bike? You didn’t jump on it for the first time like the Dukes of Hazard go sliding across the hood of the General Lee and slide into the windows of their hot rod then go sailing down the street like Lance Armstrong flying down the roads in Tour De France did you?

If you have the desire to make money online then you need a lot more then some program or ebook that shows you how to ride that bike.
You would prefer to have good old Dad right behind you, staying with you as you weebled and wobbled all over the place at your first attempts ready to catch you as you were about to fall right? Those wipe outs don’t quite hurt so much when good old Pop is right there with you at your side, jogging along as you learned correctly.
